Zip has announced that its flagship conference, Zip Forward 2025, will take place October 21–22 at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco, bringing together procurement and finance leaders at a time of rapid transformation in the industry. Under the theme “Agents of Change”, the event will explore how agentic AI is moving from experimental pilots to essential enterprise infrastructure, reshaping how procurement and finance teams operate in an uncertain economic and regulatory environment.
The two-day program will feature over 40 sessions, including customer fireside chats, product showcases, live demos, and workshops that give leaders hands-on exposure to building and deploying procurement agents. The keynote lineup is highlighted by tennis legend Andre Agassi, who will offer insights on performance, resilience, and leadership. Industry leaders will join him on stage, including Mike Simpson, CPO at T-Mobile; Tigran Avakian, Head of Procurement at Gap; Mithun Sharma, CPO at Block; Ann Fleishell, VP of Procurement at OpenAI; and Michelle Vita, VP Procurement at Datadog. Their combined perspectives will ground the discussion in real-world transformations already underway across Fortune 500 companies.
“Zip Forward has evolved into something bigger than we imagined – it’s become the place where the industry’s most innovative leaders come together to share what’s actually working and push each other forward,” said Rujul Zaparde, co-founder and CEO of Zip. Mithun Sharma, CPO of Block, echoed this, calling the event “essential for staying ahead of the rapid changes in procurement and AI.”
With more than 500 executives expected to attend, Zip Forward 2025 is poised to be the industry’s most influential procurement gathering, combining inspiration, practical tools, and a glimpse into the future of AI-driven enterprise operations.
