When the global telecom industry converges on Paris for Network X 2025, the energy will extend well beyond the keynote stage. This year’s edition is designed as an immersive experience, blending executive-level debate with live technology demonstrations that showcase the infrastructure shaping Europe’s digital future. Whether the focus is AI-powered broadband, the challenge of 5G monetisation, or the drive toward sustainable networks, the event highlights how connectivity is evolving at both the strategic and technical level.
The expo floor promises to be a vibrant showcase of technology in action, with giants such as Nokia, Huawei, Adtran, Intel, Qualcomm, ZTE, and Ciena demonstrating alongside dozens of agile startups. Attendees will be able to move from interactive demonstrations of ultra-broadband to discussions on satellite connectivity, making the event less of a static exhibition and more of a hands-on technology lab for the telecom ecosystem.
Co-located programmes enrich the agenda with highly targeted focus areas. The Wireless Broadband Alliance returns with the Wireless Global Congress EMEA, the world’s largest Wi-Fi event, from October 13–16. Huawei once again hosts the Ultra-Broadband Forum (UBBF 2025), its 11th edition, across October 13–14. On October 14, the World Broadband Association leads the Broadband Development Congress (BDC by WBBA), spotlighting the infrastructure needed to deliver sovereign, AI-driven services and attract strategic investment. Running through the main conference days, Data Center World brings three days of debate and insight on digital infrastructure investment, while the Network X Awards on October 14 mark their third year of celebrating telecom innovation across Europe.
Beyond the main conference and co-located summits, the organisers are placing new emphasis on inclusivity and community. The Emerging Telecom Leaders Programme provides an entry point for younger professionals, allowing executives to nominate high-potential employees under the age of 30 to experience the event. Informal networking is woven into the schedule as well, with the Network X Party, a 5km run through Paris, and a breakfast briefing hosted by Omdia, offering moments to connect outside of the exhibition floor.
The event is backed by an impressive list of sponsors, ranging from established global brands like Qualcomm, Orange, Huawei, Nokia, and Ericsson, to niche innovators such as Taara, Aprecomm, Cujo AI, and Tejas Networks. Their presence ensures that the show floor will represent the full spectrum of telecom innovation—from AI-driven service orchestration to advanced security and broadband access solutions.
Network X 2025 positions itself not only as Europe’s most important gathering of telecom leaders but also as a living laboratory where technology, investment, and policy converge. For those shaping the networks of the future, Paris in mid-October will be the place to see how the industry is reinventing itself in real time.
