The International Association of Chiefs of Police will once again bring the global law enforcement community together for IACP 2025, taking place October 18–21 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver. With more than 16,000 participants expected, the annual conference and exposition will serve as the largest gathering of public safety leaders, offering four days of immersive education, critical discussions, and access to the latest technologies shaping modern policing.
The conference agenda features over 200 educational sessions designed to address the most pressing issues facing law enforcement today. Topics will range from technology integration and investigative techniques to leadership development, officer wellness, ethics, transparency, traffic safety, and the evolving legal challenges that agencies must navigate. For attendees, these sessions are not only about absorbing insights from experts but also about sharing best practices with peers from around the world, making the event a hub for cross-border collaboration in policing.
The exposition hall, open from Sunday through Tuesday, will spotlight over 600 vendors. Here, agencies will discover new solutions spanning body-worn cameras, data and transparency tools, investigative software, advanced communications, vehicles, protective gear, and more. It is a chance to see innovation firsthand and evaluate how new products can strengthen operational effectiveness and community trust.
IACP’s calendar in 2025 also includes specialized midyear conferences tailored for specific sections. Public Information Officers will convene May 5–8 in Kansas City, Missouri. Legal Officers meet May 18–23 in Scottsdale, Arizona, while State & Provincial Police Academy Directors and Planning Officers will gather in Indianapolis from July 27–30. Each event offers targeted training and knowledge exchange for professionals shaping policy, training, and legal frameworks across law enforcement.
As the role of police leaders continues to expand in a rapidly changing environment, IACP 2025 will be an essential destination to learn, connect, and prepare for the challenges ahead. Whether through education sessions, networking opportunities, or the expansive expo floor, attendees will find the tools and knowledge they need to lead their agencies into the future.
