For the first time in its history, Acumatica Summit is moving to Seattle, Washington, reflecting both the extraordinary growth of its community and the event’s need for a larger, more dynamic venue. Scheduled for January 25–28, 2026, the flagship cloud ERP conference will take place at the Seattle Convention Center’s Summit building, a state-of-the-art facility that opened in 2023 with over 573,000 square feet of flexible space. This marks a major step forward from prior years in Las Vegas and Austin, symbolizing the increasing scale of the Acumatica ecosystem.
The decision to relocate comes on the heels of Acumatica Summit 2025 in Las Vegas, which drew more than 3,500 attendees, including customers, partners, employees, analysts, and media. With consistent year-over-year growth since the event’s expansion to Las Vegas, capacity limits have now been surpassed. Todd Wells, Acumatica’s chief marketing officer, explained that Seattle was a natural choice—not only because it is the company’s home base but also because the city is one of the world’s most influential technology hubs, offering inspiration, accessibility, and room for collaboration.
The 2026 Summit promises an ambitious program tailored to the needs of a rapidly expanding community. Attendees can expect more than 80 breakout sessions delivering practical insights into using Acumatica Cloud ERP to address real business challenges, while keynotes and panels will provide strategic perspectives on digital transformation. The Acumatica Marketplace will return with an even larger footprint, featuring interactive partner showcases, professional development tracks, and collaboration areas that foster deeper connections. In addition, social highlights such as the Welcome Reception, Summit Celebration Party, and networking evenings will bring energy and camaraderie to the four-day gathering.
A special emphasis will again be placed on community initiatives such as the Women in Tech events, including the luncheon and networking receptions, which have grown into signature experiences drawing hundreds of participants. With the new venue’s natural light spaces, large ballrooms, and collaborative atmosphere, Acumatica Summit 2026 is positioned not just as a conference but as a vibrant ecosystem where product knowledge, business innovation, and community growth intersect.
